Last night I had one of the most AMAZING experiences of my life — sitting in the FRONT ROW of an NHL game. In overtime, my 2nd favorite team the Vancouver Canucks lost to the Chicago Blackhawks 2-1. More photos here.

Thoughts on “Source Code”
Ever since I read Alexia Tsotsis’s review on “Source Code,” I knew this was a movie I wanted to see. It involved technology, science-fiction, going back in time essentially (“parallel universes”), and on top of it all, the film largely takes place in Chicago, where I lived for a year during graduate school.

The Hawks took Game 1 of the 2010 Stanley Cup Finals 6-5. It was a wild affair between Philadelphia and Chicago, which is so great for the game of hockey - essentially a 3-hour commercial on NBC showcasing the best of this sport for the national audience.
