    A dream come true! I’ve always wanted to go to Vancouver. The Canucks have been my 2nd favorite NHL team (to Sabres) since I was 8 years old and I watched them in the Stanley Cup Finals against the Rangers. After that, I would watch them in the late game on Saturday nights on Hockey Night in Canada on CBC, which we get in Buffalo where I grew up. And I got really into the team, the players - Bure, Linden, Naslund -, and have followed them since. It didn’t hurt when I learned they joined the league the same year as the Sabres (1970) and also have not yet won a Cup. And today.. I arrived in Vancouver for the first time ever. The scenery, with the mountains, is breathtaking. And I went to a Canucks game this evening vs. Ottawa. It was magical. Here I am down at ice level before the game began.
